RETURN POLICY
Product exchange
You can return or replace your online order within 15 calendar days from the day of receipt of the products. In order to make the change, the products must not have been washed/used/modified, must be in their original packaging and must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase and the card with the code. Before each return, you are required to contact by email at [email protected] or by phone at 210-9918072 within 7 calendar days from the day of receipt of your order.
Returns are not accepted unless there has been an electronic or telephone consultation.
In case the product you received is defective, or it is different from the one you had entered in your order or in case that the size of a garment is not the one you ordered and you want a change with another product, elafashion.gr is charged with the shipping costs. If for personal reasons you wish to return or replace the product you received, then the shipping costs, the cash on delivery costs as well as the difference that will result from the new order are borne exclusively by you.
In the event that the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the company has the right to request compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products and to proceed unilaterally and without further ado to a total or partial offsetting of this claim against the customer.

Right of withdrawal
Refunds are made immediately from the moment the returned items are received and checked.Refunds are made only to the original credit card, PayPal account or bank account used for the transaction.
The refund to the customer will be made by the same means by which the initial collection was made.
In case of payment through PayPal will be deposited in your account in the PayPal excluding commission.
A refund is not possible for discounted products.
Order cancellation
Once you have completed the process of your order and want to cancel it afterwards, you should send an e-mail to [email protected] or call 210-9918072 and request its cancellation. In case you have paid by credit card and wish to receive a refund, the crediting of the money must first appear in our company’s bank account and then we must return it to you in your own account. If the payment is made by a different bank there may be some delay until your payment appears, possibly a transfer charge from the bank. It is also made clear that in case the refund is made to a different bank, the transfer costs are borne by the customer.
